Editing Music Video - 11/01/12

In today's lesson, Sean and I edited the footage we had already filmed of the band in the studio. We haven't filmed all the footage we need, so there are a lot of blank spaces. I found it hard to sync the song with the video as it was only slightly out and moving it a little bit was hard. The song is now all synced up with video and I have cut out the sections in which the narrative will go. We need to film the narrative part of the video, but we need to wait until Armani comes back in to decide the filming dates.

This is a screen grab of the video in Final Cut. There are large gaps between the blue sections of footage. This is the place where all the narrative would go once we have filmed it and edited the footage.
